1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HAPY Farm website, mobile application, or delivery services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

HAPY Farm provides an online platform for ordering fresh poultry products and arranging home delivery. We do not guarantee the availability of all products at all times. Availability may vary by location and time.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or incorrect pricing.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. HAPY Farm does not store payment card information.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available only in serviceable pincodes as listed on our platform.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
• A delivery fee of ₹29 applies to orders below ₹299. Orders above ₹299 qualify for free delivery.
• Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your order before it moves to the "Processing" status. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos.
• Perishable products are non-returnable once delivered.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAPY Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
